Calibrate Measurement

To improve accuracy, calibrate your measurement with a reference blood pressure reading from a medical device (e.g., arm cuff monitor).

Calibration Tips

  • Use a clinically validated blood pressure monitor for reference
  • Take the reference measurement immediately after the app measurement
  • Sit quietly for 5 minutes before both measurements
  • Avoid caffeine, exercise, or smoking for 30 minutes before measuring
  • Calibrate periodically (every few weeks) for best accuracy
