Calibrate Measurement
To improve accuracy, calibrate your measurement with a reference blood pressure reading from a medical
device (e.g., arm cuff monitor).
Calibration Tips
- Use a clinically validated blood pressure monitor for reference
- Take the reference measurement immediately after the app measurement
- Sit quietly for 5 minutes before both measurements
- Avoid caffeine, exercise, or smoking for 30 minutes before measuring
- Calibrate periodically (every few weeks) for best accuracy
